Day Eighteen: Truth with Confidence

Today’s meditation mantra is:

I express confidence when conveying my truth.

Using your innate wisdom, experiences and intuition guide you to what you know to be true. Express that with confidence. YOUR truth is just as important as someone else’s. Keep an open mind but know your truth.

Meditate for 10-15 minutes with a guided meditation or in silence, using this mantra.

Day Seventeen: Inner Wisdom

Today’s mantra is:

I trust my inner wisdom as my guide.

Every experience, good or bad, that has happened in your life, creates a plethera of knowledge. You (we) learn our morals, values, empathy, sympathy and many other strengths and weaknesses. This wisdom is our guide to get us through the hard times and happy times. Listen to your wisdom and keep contributing that wisdom. It will be your ultimate guide to choosing the right path.

Meditate in silence or with music or sounds with this mantra, for 10-15 minutes.

Day Sixteen: Love Yourself

Today’s mantra is:

I love and accept myself as I am. 

Love and accept exactly who you are because this is who you are meant to be. All of your mistakes, quirks, passions, accomplishments…it is what is supposed to happen. As long as your intentions are pure, you are doing great! Be you, the best version of YOU. 

Meditate for 10 minutes in silence, repeating this mantra.

Day Fifteen: Centered

The mantra for today is:

Be centered and grounded

Believe in yourself. Trust your intuition. Love yourself. Accept yourself. Connect with others. Be assertive. Be compassionate.

All of the above beliefs will help to be grounded and centered. Try your best and forget the rest. 

Meditate on this mantra for 10 minutes in silence or with soft music in the background.

Day Fourteen: Self Love and Acceptance

Today’s meditation mantra:

I love and accept all of myself.

Becoming your own best friend is important because you can’t have authenticity in other relationships without loving and accepting yourself first. Love and accept your body. Love and accept your abilities and talents. Love and accept your mistakes. Love and accept the lessons you have learned. Only YOU has to live with you for the rest of your life. Treat yourself as you would treat your best friend. 

Meditate in silence for 5 minutes repeating this mantra.

Day Twelve-Harmony

Today’s mantra:

I live in harmony with the world and myself

Living peacefully includes not only living in harmony with yourself but living with others and mother nature, harmoniously.  Allow your intuition to take over to recognize when you need time for yourself or others need time. Allow yourself to breathe and allow others to breathe. Be there for those who need you and allow others to concur. 

Meditate for 15 minutes repeating this mantra in silence or with background music.
