Day Two: Meditation

Meditating has never been easy for me. My anxious mind likes to dictate my inner peace. However, with frequent practice, it isn’t as difficult as it seems and meditation does really help to calm my mind and develop a clearer perspective. I prefer guided meditations and I’ve learned that the simpler they are, the easier it is for me to relax and focus.

Feel free to use a guided mediation or to just sit with your thoughts, minus judgement, for fifteen minutes today. I promise it will help, if you let it.
