No Complaint Day
Today, take a vow of silencing the negative. Do not complain for any reason from the moment you wake up until the moment you go to bed. I believe this challenge will help add balance to the positive and negative in life, especially if you are a natural, negative thinker, like I tend to be. We need to allow ourselves to feel and deal with the negative but we also need to allow ourselves to find the best solutions to those negative situations. It is possible to retrain your brain, I am in process of doing just that and feel a tremendous difference. Really!
So, just for today, no complaining. I promise, it will be challenging but totally worth it!
